I CLAW AWAY MY SKIN by Phillipa Weaver
I CLAW AWAY MY SKIN by Phillipa Weaver
£2,500.00
This sculpture, cast in plaster, is from a series of clay sculptures and body casts that represent times when the body reflects the brunt of life events. Ironically referencing the perfectly formed marbles of ancient Greece and Rome, this body tells of the need to claw away skin that was touched during a violent rape.
