The Done - The Done female has been an Egyptian, African, Victorian, slave

Tahour triptych is a visual exploration of community centred empowerment. It tells the story of the Doer, the Done and the Doted. These ‘villagers’ may look happy, sad, powerful. There is a hidden hopefulness and optimism, there is a dignity and despair.

They are bound together in the name of purity, sanity, social standing, protection, love...

IT TAKES A VILLAGE is an attempt not to judge, but to talk, to understand, to share knowledge, to promote human rights, to empower.

Tahour [in Arabic clean pure virtuous]
